NSI Enterprises Franchise Agreement Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between NSI Enterprises (“Franchisor”) and the party agreeing to these terms (“Franchisee”) for the operation of a pest control services franchise under the NSI Enterprises brand.

2. Grant of Franchise

2.1. License

Franchisor grants Franchisee the right to operate a pest control service business (“Franchise”) using the Franchisor’s proprietary marks, trade names, logos, and system (“System”) within a defined territory.

2.2. Territory

Franchisor grants Franchisee an exclusive territory (“Territory”) as specified in the Franchise Agreement. Franchisee shall not operate outside this Territory without written consent from the Franchisor.

3. Franchise Fee

3.1. Initial Franchise Fee

Franchisee agrees to pay an initial non-refundable franchise fee of [amount] upon signing this Agreement.

Franchisee shall obtain and maintain insurance coverage as specified by Franchisor, naming Franchisor as an additional insured.

7. Marketing and Advertising

7.1. National Advertising
